The franchise industry has unique challenges in that there are two customers – the Franchisor (Zor) and the Franchisee (Zee). WM Putnam has been an established FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) provider for more than two decades. We work closely with Franchisors to ensure that their brand identity is accurately replicated in the marketplace, whether in Baltimore or Bangladesh. Our goal is to help the new Franchisee seamlessly set up his or her new storefront or office adhering to the strict requirements outlined in the Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD). This process offloads the myriad details from the Franchisor to WM Putnam’s team, and eases the stress of the new Franchisee.
