Special software is employed to facilitate the monitoring of completed tasks against plan timelines and allowing the archiving and access to all documents related to that location. Access to the information can be permitted to all personnel who need to be informed about project status and issues.

At the close of each project, customer assessments are collected and discussions are held to glean lessons learned that can be applied to subsequent installations.
